This step helps to remove any product build-up and leaves your hair fresh. Box Braid Installation: You will get an install mid-back with precision and care. Hair included. Please indicate if your scalp is sensitive to synthetic hair. Finishing Touches: Once your braids are in place, we'll provide a light scalp massage and use a moisturizing spray to give your braids a healthy shine. Scalp Shampoo Treatment Upgrade If you have dandruff or a sensitive scalp, we offer a specialized Scalp Shampoo Treatment as an upgrade to our standard service. This treatment includes: Deep Cleansing: A deep-cleansing shampoo designed to treat dandruff and soothe your scalp. Scalp Massage: An invigorating scalp massage to promote circulation and relaxation. Hydration: Application of a moisturizing conditioner to maintain scalp health and hydration. This upgrade is optional but highly recommended for clients experiencing dandruff or scalp sensitivity. Choose this treatment during your consultation to ensure your scalp receives the extra care it needs. Cancellation Policy
At our salon, we value your time and ours. To ensure smooth operations and accommodate all our clients effectively, we have established the following booking policy: Cancellation: Clients have up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time to cancel without incurring any charges. If cancelled after the 24-hour mark, the client will be credited the amount paid in full for the next scheduled appointment, depending on the service. If the service required a deposit, the deposit will be forfeited upon cancellation after the 24-hour mark. Rescheduling: Clients are allowed up to 12 hours before the appointment to reschedule without penalty. If the service required a deposit, it will be applied towards the next scheduled appointment. If the service required payment in full and the client reschedules within the 12-hour window, the amount paid will go towards the next appointment. No-Show Policy: Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in forfeiture of payment. If a client does not show up for their appointment or reschedule within the 12-hour window, they will need to reschedule with another deposit. After three instances of no-shows, clients will be restricted from booking online and must walk in, with no guarantee of availability. Same-Day Booking: The latest a client can book an appointment is 12 hours before the start time. If a client does not show up for a same-day appointment, they will be credited for their next appointment if payment was made in full online for a specific service, or they will forfeit their deposit. Deposits for same-day bookings will not be applied towards the next service, so clients are advised to be certain of their availability for same-day appointments.
