Loc restoration is a meticulous process designed to bring life back to your locs, ensuring they are healthy, strong, and vibrant. At Next Salon Gallery, we understand the importance of maintaining your natural hair's integrity and beauty. Our Loc Restoration Hair Service is tailored to meet your unique needs, offering a comprehensive treatment that includes washing, hydration, and expert care. What's Included: Deep Cleansing Wash: We start with a thorough cleansing to remove any buildup, dirt, and impurities from your locs and scalp. This step ensures a clean foundation for the restoration process. Intensive Hydration: Hydration is crucial for maintaining the health and elasticity of your locs. Our specialized hydration treatment penetrates deep into the hair shaft, replenishing moisture and enhancing the natural texture of your locs. Loc Repair and Maintenance: Our experienced stylists will carefully assess your locs, identifying areas that need repair. We address weak spots, thinning locs, and other issues, ensuring each loc is restored to its optimal condition. Scalp Care: A healthy scalp is essential for healthy locs. We provide a soothing scalp treatment that promotes circulation, reduces dryness, and supports overall scalp health. Cancellation Policy

At our salon, we value your time and ours. To ensure smooth operations and accommodate all our clients effectively, we have established the following booking policy: Cancellation: Clients have up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time to cancel without incurring any charges. If cancelled after the 24-hour mark, the client will be credited the amount paid in full for the next scheduled appointment, depending on the service. If the service required a deposit, the deposit will be forfeited upon cancellation after the 24-hour mark. Rescheduling: Clients are allowed up to 12 hours before the appointment to reschedule without penalty. If the service required a deposit, it will be applied towards the next scheduled appointment. If the service required payment in full and the client reschedules within the 12-hour window, the amount paid will go towards the next appointment. No-Show Policy: Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in forfeiture of payment. If a client does not show up for their appointment or reschedule within the 12-hour window, they will need to reschedule with another deposit. After three instances of no-shows, clients will be restricted from booking online and must walk in, with no guarantee of availability. Same-Day Booking: The latest a client can book an appointment is 12 hours before the start time. If a client does not show up for a same-day appointment, they will be credited for their next appointment if payment was made in full online for a specific service, or they will forfeit their deposit. Deposits for same-day bookings will not be applied towards the next service, so clients are advised to be certain of their availability for same-day appointments. Please note: Our goal is to provide excellent service to all our clients while respecting everyone's time. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding of our booking policies.
